The staff were really kind and very good and were always there to help. The venue's position was central. Also, the place was at a moderate distance from Bray Hill.
There was lift to be needed.

Would love to return, a very pleasant stay for one night it was far too short of a stay. Clean, fair value hotel, its location was excellent and unbeatable and near the pedestrianised shopping centre in Douglas, and restaurants and transport. Everyone is extremely friendly and owner too. The restaurant serves excellent Indian food.
Views are not very nice.

The location of this hotel was perfect, right in the center of Douglas near all the attractions and amenities. We were able to easily explore the town, visit the beach, and even catch a show at the nearby theatre. Additionally, the rooms were beautifully decorated and spotless throughout our stay. It was a comfy and cosy place to relax after a long day of exploring.
All was great, no improvements needed.

Spacious and clean hotel, location was marvellous and handy adjacent to the town center, restaurants and the terminal. The rooms were all en suite and airy with comfy beds. The dining room had plenty of fine meals for breakfast.
As for me, the area was really noisy.
